We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer with expertise in image processing, machine learning, and pattern recognition. The candidate will be primarily responsible for designing, training, and deploying AI models that will analyze identify and classify imaging data. The candidate will be an integral part of, and will collaborate closely, with a high-end product development team. 

• Design and implement AI/ML models (e.g., CNNs, transformers, or hybrid models) for image processing and analysis.
• Build and maintain datasets for supervised/unsupervised training. 
• Perform signal detection, modulation recognition, and pattern anomaly detection.
• Collaborate with the RF Engineering team to interface AI modules with signal capture systems.
• Design and implement automated pipelines that handle data ingestion, preprocessing, signal labeling, and real-time inference from both live RF streams and recorded spectrum datasets, enabling efficient training and deployment of AI models.
• Optimize inference performance for real-time or near-real-time signal classification applications.
• Document model training processes, performance metrics, and integration guidelines.

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Signal Processing, or related field.
• Proven experience with image-based AI/ML models.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Experience in working with large datasets and synthetic data generation.
• Familiarity with cloud-based training platforms (e.g., AWS Sagemaker, Google Vertex AI) is a plus.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to work across disciplines.

• Experience with unsupervised learning, anomaly detection, and real-time image processing and analysis.
• Knowledge of RF signal processing.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning and its applications.
• Familiarity with ML model deployment pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
