About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and technically versatile Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this hybrid technical-commercial role, you will be at the frontline of customer engagement, delivering tailored solutions in the fields of telecommunications, information technology, AR solutions and physical security systems.

You will conduct on-site and remote customer visits, deliver persuasive technical presentations, prepare and follow up proposals and collaborate closely with our business team to adapt to new company solutions as we grow. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct technical meetings and on-site visits to understand customer requirements.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and solution proposals.
  • Customize solutions across telecom, IT, and security domains.
  • Support proposal development, tender documentation, and client follow-ups.
  • Contribute to the pre-sales process with accurate technical input and commercial awareness.
  • Monitor market trends and share insights with management for strategic alignment.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose integration paths when necessary.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, or related field.
  • Approximately 5 years of experience in technical sales or pre-sales engineering.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills both in Greek and in English with ability to explain complex topics simply.
  • Willingness and ability to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and on-site support.
  • Demonstrated initiative-taking and problem-solving skills in cross-functional environments.
  • Familiarity with telecommunication networks, IT infrastructures and AR solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of remote working tools and ability to work independently.
  • Previous exposure to technical documentation, system design, or solution architecture.
  • Passion for emerging technologies and eagerness to learn about new product lines.
